Royal Air Maroc Seeks to Divest from Senegal Airline

Moroccan airline carrier Royal Air Maroc (RAM) is looking to divest from Air Senegal International.

RAM, which owns a 51% stake in the Senegalese carrier, is trying to convince the Senegalese government to take over and is willing to sell the company for a symbolic CFA Franc and plans no further investment in the company, pending final divestment. Continue here.
