Lackluster Year for the Casablanca Stock Exchange
The Casablanca Stock Exchange (CSE) has had a rather sluggish year in 2008, yet emotionally busy for investors who witnessed uncertainty and drama.
Between a few IPOs and delistings, activities that are normal and essential to the life of any exchange, the CSE had to endure governance scandals that can often disrupt the conduct of business and can cost money for investors.
