Despite statements from industry officials that everything is moving on track, the Tunisian real estate sector is showing signs of considerable slowdown.
Although it is premature to speak of a collapse, the country’s housing sector is displaying signs of fatigue that many see a correlation with the global economic crisis, but we believe domestic supply and demand balance has shifted to the detriment of the supply side.
