Offshoring is often the preferred term used by French speaking professionals to refer to the outsourcing of business functions in foreign sites.
This essentially comes in form of relocation of costly operations into lower cost regions. In Morocco, offshoring is seen as a great opportunity to attract call centers from Europe, in particular Francophone Europe.
