For politicians and the regime, this seemingly simple issue is also source of constant trouble in a nation that has the financial means and wherewithal to deal with its problem in just a matter of a couple of years, good will permitting. Rather than wasting ressource doing nothing, Algeria should invest money in technolgical capacity building in order to develop indegenous industry especially(in automotive, aeronautics, ship building, Agri-busniss, Renewable Energy, MicroElectronics, Biotechnology, software . . .). This will provide job for young Algerians.
Time is come to stop wasting Algeria ressources by illegetimate governments.

A clear message to Mr. Pres. Boutaflika and the Algerian Army:
Lessons learned from what is happening in North-Africa Middle East:

1. Democratize or Perish : Algerian People is mature for democracy and will not accept less than democracy.
2. Invest in the capacity building, modernization and industrialization of Algeria in order to create jobs for young Algerians.
3. A new democratic liberal constitution, a new elected President, a New elected Parliament, A new elected Senat.

4. Teach Government officers, Army and Police at all levels to respect and serve citizens. It is their "reason d'etre."

5. Reform the eduaction system and adopt international standards, inculcate the culture of democracy earlier in pupils at schools . . .

6. Acountability and transparency in all public affairs(financial issues.)

7. Inprove the healthcare quality everywhere in Algeria(including in remote villages.)

8. Set up a modern technological army to defend Algeria from enemies who are everywhere, and build a miltary industry.

9. Let Algerians work, innovate and produce, through the creation of thousands of small to middle size compagnies.
10. perform 1 to 9 before it is late
Nedlessly, to remind all that our fathers and motherns fought the colonialist to build a free, democractic and strong country.
Islam is fully compatible with Democracy. Democracy is a tool and mechanism to ensure power's alternance.
